Mark Ernst
As a Class A PGA Professional and our Director of Golf, Mark Ernst is an experienced and accomplished instructor with his students going on to rack up LPGA Tour Wins, NCAA Team and Individual Titles, and South Carolina Amateur State Championships.
As a father, Mark is very experienced at coaching youth, and he leads our youth programming at Smithfields which includes US Kids, First Tee, Youth Clinics, High School Golf and High School State Championships.

The quality of Smithfields attracts all kinds of tournament and championship interest, but the ones we're most proud of are the tournaments that grow the game and benefit our community. To host a state championship is no easy feat, and it's a testament to our staff's hard work and the quality of our facilities.

With consistent youth clinics, US Kids programs and First Tee programming, your youngster is guaranteed to find someone their age to learn the game with and in doing so learn life skills that extend well beyond the golf course.
